We allow a full 180 day return period for any products you wish to return that are unwanted gifts and unused.

*Damaged/ defective items must be returned in the original condition they were received in with all the accompanying accessories. We need to be informed within 7 days of item being delivered.
**Items that you no longer need must be returned in new and unopened condition with all the original packing.
If you wish to return an item you no longer need or ordered by mistake, you have to arrange & send the item back to us. Once we receive the product, depending upon the condition of received material we will initiate full or partial refund in 30 days & same will be communicated to the customer through email. If a return is due to receive the item in damaged/defective, we will arrange return pick-up. Once we receive the material, depend upon the condition of received material we will initiate full or partial refund in 30 days & same will be communicated to the customer through email. When you return an item, refunds are issued to the payment method used at the time of purchase, except for Cash on Delivery.
